Jelly Beanz Inc. is producing and selling anatomically correct dolls for forensic assessment use. In association with the women of an empowerment project for refugee women these dolls are produced to the highest quality.
The dolls are made of washable material in a neutral skin tone. The adults are approximately 65-70cm high and the children slightly smaller. The skin tone of the dolls is such that all children are able to identify with the dolls. The clothes are beautifully crafted with Velcro for easy dressing and undressing. All the dolls have appropriate underwear on.
The family unit consists of:
a grandmother and a grandfather
a father and a mother
a boy and a girl
The anatomical dolls have been endorsed by the Child Protection Unit (South African Police Service), Wynberg Sexual Offences Court, The Teddy Bear Clinic for Abused Children and RAPCAN (Resources Aimed at the Prevention of Child Abuse and Neglect).
The dolls cost R950 per doll. The carry bag in which the dolls are kept costs R120 per bag. Should an order be placed of more than 20 sets of dolls, the carry bag is included free of charge.
The dolls are manufactured in Cape Town. Additional fees will be charged for any postage or courier services.
